A die for molding a multi-layer film sheet capable of molding the multi-layer film sheet with an accurate thickness. Movable choker bars (31, 32) are movably disposed in molten resin flow passages (111, 112) and moved with a plurality of choker adjusting bolts (35, 36) disposed at a prescribed pitch in a die lateral direction to adjust clearances between choker portions. Thermal conductors (37, 38) are fitted to the choker adjusting bolts.
