PROCESS FOR PRODUCING SPEAKER DIAPHRAGM, SPEAKER DIAPHRAGM PRODUCED BY THE PROCESS, AND SPEAKER WITH THE DIAPHRAGM

A process for producing a speaker diaphragm, comprising conducting deposition of pulp on a paper-making mold in the presence of vortex stream of water having pulp dispersed therein in a paper-making bath. Deposition of pulp on the paper-making mold is carried out while rotating at least water having pulp dispersed therein in the form of vortex stream in the paper-making bath. Consequently, variation of pulp fiber orientation can be inhibited, and a speaker diaphragm with good reproducibility and stable quality can be produced with a high productivity.
