<p>In a backup unit (1), when a detecting section (11) detects a software installed in a computer (3), a transmitting section (12) transmits information for specifying such software. When a receiving section (21) of a server unit (2) receives such information, a transmitting section (23) acquires information of a storage location wherein data obtained by having the computer (3) execute the software specified by the information is stored, from a storage location information storage section (22), and transmits such information. When a receiving section (13) of the backup unit (1) receives the information of the storage location, a record control section (14) permits a recording medium (4) to record the data stored in the storage location indicated by the received information.</p> |
