SYSTEM FOR WATCHING DISASTER

A disaster monitoring system is provided to quickly and accurately detect disasters in an extreme environment, such as in deep forests, by using small-sized and low-power zigbee terminals. A disaster monitoring system includes a monitoring center(100), which is connected to a base station. Sensors detect disastrous situations in a dangerous region. Zigbee terminals(10) are controlled by disaster signals from the sensors and transmit a disaster detection ID signal within a short range area. The zigbee terminals are networked in sections via zigbee routers(20). A zigbee coordinator(30) collects the disaster detection ID signals transmitted from the zigbee routers. A transmitter(40) transmits the collected disaster detection ID signals to the base station within a long range area.
