SEAMLESS BELT MOLDING METHOD, SEAMLESS BELT MOLDING APPARATUS, SEAMLESS BELT, AND SEAMLESS BELT USED IN IMAGE FORMING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily peel a seamless resin belt from a mold in a seamless belt production process and to sharply reduce conventional mold costs etc.

SOLUTION: An endless metallic mold belt 1 is stretched between a driving roller 2 and a follower roller 3 facing each other. Tension is applied to the mold belt 1 by a tension application means 5. The resin material 7 of the seamless belt is applied on the mold belt 1 by an applicator 6 while the mold belt 1 is rotated/driven to form a resin membrane 9. The resin membrane 9 is solidified while the mold belt 1 is rotated/driven, and the tension of the mold belt 1 is eliminated after the resin membrane 9 is solidified. The resin membrane 9 in the form of the seamless belt is peeled from the mold belt while the solidified resin membrane 9 is made to be peeled easily from the mold belt 1.
