<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for totally controlling a plurality of distribution boards by a key, which is usable for a relatively small-scale office and store as well as a common residence. <P>SOLUTION: A microswitch attached on a receiving side is turned on and off by inserting and extracting a second dead bolt by rotating a key when locking to control an electromagnetic switch installed on a main part of the distribution board through an auxiliary relay.
