<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a receiving device which can optimize the signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) of a received signal. <P>SOLUTION: The receiving device includes a band-pass filter with a band limit frequency which is coupled with the receiving end of the received signal including a plurality of channels and which outputs a signal in which a band confinement is performed at the output edge to the frequency band of the channel of the request of the received signal, a frequency translation unit which outputs an intermediate frequency signal which performs the frequency translation of the signal by which is combined with the output edge of the band-path filter, and the band confinement is performed, and acquired it to the output edge, and a control unit which adjusts the intermediate frequency of the intermediate frequency signal by controlling the frequency translation unit according to at least one of the signal speed of the received signal and the channel frequency spacings. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
