<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a touch panel with manipulation selecting function for selecting, with the touch panel body, the preferential manipulation from the desired touch panels of a plurality of panels connected to a host apparatus or from all touch panels, and also to provide a component mounting apparatus provided with the same touch panel. <P>SOLUTION: An image signal processing circuit 39 displays an image signal inputted from a major apparatus on the display screen of a monitor and touch panel 38, and also outputs such image signal to a minor manipulation panel 37. A position signal processing circuit 40 transfers a touch coordinate signal of the touch panel of the own apparatus to the host side as the position signal, ignores the position signal from the minor manipulation panel 37 when a contact ON/OFF signal inputted from a selecting switch is ON, and does not output the touch coordinate signal of the touch panel of the own apparatus but transfers the position signal from the minor manipulation panel 37 to the host side in direct when the contact ON/OFF signal is OFF.
