<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing device, an information processing method, and its program capable of deciding an optimized split size in response to an operation platform, an operation environment and a condition in operation, and performing rotating processing of an image with the split size. <P>SOLUTION: A CPU 101 splits the image data into split sizes of plural stages to perform rotating processing of image data, the rotating processing is performed on each split image, the rotated split images are composed to restore a sheet of rotated image corresponding to the image before splitting. Here, a timekeeping means 106 measures a time necessary for a series of processing of the image splitting processing of every split size of plural stages, the image rotating processing and the image composing processing.
