<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the strength and reduce the weight of a clay roof tile by reutilizing a sheet material for a core material layer of a flame resistant or non-flammable decorative sheet, which has been disposed conventionally by reclaiming, by incorporating the sheet material into a material composition for the clay roof tile; and to reduce the amount of waste material and effectively utilize resources. <P>SOLUTION: A material composition for the clay roof tile contains clay for roof tile, a thermosetting resin, an inorganic fabric cloth and a crushed material of the sheet material for the core material layer of the flame resistant or non-flammable decorative sheet containing an inorganic filler. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
