<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology of enhancing the convenience of processing documents including confidential information, while preventing confidential information from leaking. <P>SOLUTION: A confidential part extract section 210 extracts a confidential part from confidential document data received from a document browsing terminal. An encryption processing section 220 uses an encryption key generated by a key generating section 221 to encrypt the extracted confidential part data. An identification information generating section 230 generates identification information to identify the encrypted confidential part. A storage processing section 240 relates the encrypted confidential part to the identification information of the data and stores the result to a storage device (e.g. a hard disk unit). A two-dimensional code generating section 250 converts the identification information and a decryption key, generated by the key generating section 221, into two-dimensional code data such as a QR code. A confidentiality processing section 260 replaces the confidential part data of the confidential document data with the prescribed substitute data.
