摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a catalyst which relaxes, preferably resolved substantially, at least one of the problems that a proportion of hydrogen contained in a produced gas is small, and that no catalyst having a longer life can be yielded, a manufacturing method of the catalyst, and a treatment method of an aqueous fluid containing organic compounds using the catalyst. SOLUTION: The catalyst consists of a carbon-system carrier which carries at least Co as a material having a catalytic function. A supporting amount of the material having the catalytic function in the catalyst is preferably in the range of 15-65 wt%. Further, since Ni is supported as the material having the catalytic function, a gasification efficiency is also increased, and the catalyst excellent in performance balance can be obtained. The catalyst has more preferably fine pores belonging to at least two different pore diameter ranges of a fine pore with a pore diameter of 0.5-20 nm, and a fine pore with a pore diameter of 0.1-5μm.
