PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To always secure hydraulic pressure required to fasten a clutch and to reduce electric power consumption of an electric oil pump. SOLUTION: A control device of the electric oil pump 21 supplies hydraulic pressure to a hydraulic clutch 7 which disconnects power of an electric motor between the electric motor which is drive source of a vehicle and wheels. The device is provided with a one-way valve 23 which allows working fluid to fluidly communicate from the electric oil pump 21 to the hydraulic clutch 7 and prevents the working fluid from fluidly communicating to reverse direction, an accumulator 26 which is connected to an oil supply passage 25 connecting the one-way valve 23 with the hydraulic clutch 7 and is capable of accumulating hydraulic pressure required to operation of the hydraulic clutch 7, a hydraulic sensor 31 which detects hydraulic pressure of the oil supply passage 25 and a pressure set-up means which establishes first predetermined pressure based on vehicle speed detected by a vehicle speed sensor. The device supplies hydraulic pressure from the electric oil pump 21 to the oil supply passage 25 by operating the electric oil pump 21 in high pressure mode when the hydraulic clutch 7 is in fastened condition and furthermore hydraulic pressure detected by the hydraulic sensor 31 is below the first predetermined pressure.
