<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soft magnetic film which can effectively be used for a thin film magnetic head and the like by giving a superior soft magnetic characteristic, and to provide the thin film magnetic head using the soft magnetic film. <P>SOLUTION: In the thin film magnetic head 32 having a lower magnetic pole 34 and an upper magnetic pole 35 arranged across a writing gap layer 37, a magnetic base layer 38 comprising a ferromagnetic element, a ferromagnetic layer 35a and the upper magnetic pole 35 are laminated and formed on the writing gap layer 37. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
