PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lay out a moving characteristic photographing object on an album with emphasis. SOLUTION: The album generating apparatus includes: an image storage section for making a plurality of imaged images correspond to spare images picked-up consecutively before or after the picked-up images and storing them: an object extract section for extracting respective objects included in a plurality of the image stored in the image storage section; an operating amount calculation section for calculating an operating amount of the object extracted by the object extract section by comparing the picked-up image with the spare image stored in the image storage section; and a layout determining section for laying out the object whose operating amount is greater calculated by the operating amount calculation section on the album with emphasis.
