PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reactor capable of preventing a lid body from interfering with a dispense head and certainly pressing the lid body to a plate. SOLUTION: The reactor has a heat source section for heating or heat-absorbing a micro-plate and the openable/closable lid body, and performing a reaction in the micro-plate. The reactor uses a torque limiter as a power transmission means of the opening/closing operation of the lid body, and has a cam for pressing the lid body to the micro plate.
