PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aromatic polyamide porous film which can be satisfactorily used as a film for the blood treatment and in which not only the adsorption of a protein is uniformly suppressed through the whole film, but also the elution of a hydrophilic polymer can be suppressed. SOLUTION: This aromatic polyamide porous film comprises an aromatic polyamide polymer and one or more polymers having a hydrophilic segment, wherein the amount of the polymer having a hydrophilic segment is 2 to 50% by weight relative to the amount of the aromatic polyamide polymer and the polymer forming the porous film takes a three-dimensional network structure.
