PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous allergen-inhibiting agent which can maintain the effect of inhibiting allergen without being dissolved into water and flowing out together with water, and can be easily produced. SOLUTION: The aqueous allergen-inhibiting agent of the present invention is obtained by dispersing a water-insoluble allergen-inhibiting organic compound into water, wherein 0.1-50 wt% of the water-insoluble allergen-inhibiting organic compound is contained and also 0.1-70 wt% of a dispersion auxiliary relative to the water-insoluble allergen-inhibiting organic compound is contained.
