PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an excellent adhesive film that can gives moderate surface tackiness, good peel stability, maintains suitable stickiness causing no change with the passage of time, no occurrence of glue remainder on the surface of the adherend with largely reduced unevenness of adhesion. SOLUTION: The adhesive film has an adhesive layer comprising (a) 20 to 80 pts.mass of an amorphous olefin copolymer, (b) 3 to 30 pts.mass of crystalline olefin polymer and (c) 10 to 50 pts.mass of block copolymer having crystalline olefin blocks (wherein the total pts.mass of (a)+(b)+(c) is set to 100).
