PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nutritive preparation or nutritional supplement which contains coenzyme Q10as an active ingredient and has excellent oral absorbability. SOLUTION: This nutritive preparation or nutritional supplement containing coenzyme Q10as an active ingredient and used for oral administration is characterized in that the coenzyme Q10is a mixture of oxidation type coenzyme Q10and reduction type coenzyme Q10, and contains the reduction type coenzyme Q10in an amount of >20 wt%.
