PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a synthetic immunogenic polypeptide complex which can exhibit two different type antigens with a preliminarily defined accurate stoichiometry and molecular arrangement. SOLUTION: A heterodimer polypeptide immunogen comprises a carrier having first and second subunits bound to one another to form an ultra-helical hetero dimer, wherein (i) each subunit is derived to contain an antigen; (ii) one of the subunits contains a T-cell antigen, and the other contains a B-cell antigen; and (iii) the antigens does not substantially interfere the formation of the ultra-helical hetero dimer.
