摘要

A Karl Mayer cloth that relieves slipping off of down quilts, etc. used in layered form and excels in air permeability and sweat absorptivity, and that can realize elaborate three-dimensional pattern printing, etc. and also excels in economical efficiency. Knitted fabric produced by knitting two ground fabrics with pile yarns joining them by means of Karl Mayer knitting machine is cut in the middle of the pile yarns joining the ground fabrics together so as to split the knitted fabric into two parts. The thus obtained knitted fabric is used as a cloth without raising of non-pile surface thereof.
