<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bathing assisting system which enables a user to directly sit on/get out of a seat from a dressing room in a bathroom through a slide rail attached to a wall of the bathroom, and to move the seat up and down in the bathroom, and which can match with any shape of bathtubs. <P>SOLUTION: The bathing assisting device has a slide rail 900 attached to the wall of the bathroom, a device body 30 movably installed on the slide rail, stretching guide 70 attached to the device body, the seat attached to the stretching guide and moves the seat up and down through an elevator installed on the device body. The stretching guide is attached to the device body through a turning part which oscillates on the device body. In a state that the bathing assisting device is attached to the bathtub, with stretching of the stretching guide, the seat or a contact region of the stretching guide is to go down along a slope of the sidewall of the tub. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
