TRANSFLECTIVE LIQUID CRYSTAL DISPLAY PANEL AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new structure of a transistor array substrate that is advantageous to forming a double-cell gap and improved as to problem points of a conventional manufacturing method for a liquid crystal display device wherein a reflection electrode and a transparent electrode are vapor-deposited simultaneously.

SOLUTION: Provided are: a transflective transistor array substrate characterized in that a transmission region including a transparent electrode disposed in a transmission region of a pixel part and formed in the same layer with a gate electrode and a reflection region wherein a reflection electrode is formed on a photosensitive film having unevenness formed are formed through a five-mask stage simpler than an existent 7 to 8-mask step; a manufacturing method thereof; and a transflective liquid crystal display device using the transistor array substrate.
