PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transmit information about operation situations of a product regarding an inquiry to an operator at a call center more easily and precisely than usual.

SOLUTION: An electric appliance is provided with an IC tag for recording product information 70 on the electric appliance and an IC tag writer for recording in the IC tag log information 71 on the operation situations of the electric appliance. The product information 70 and the log information 71 are read from the IC tag of the electric appliance with the IC tag reader (#11) and the read product information 70 and log information 71 are transmitted to a control server 31 via a communication line (#13).
