PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyolefin resin foam, more precisely, a crosslinked polyolefin resin foam that is excellent in flexibility, heat resistance and mechanical strengths, permits fabrication into a complicated shape and exhibits good surface adhesive properties. SOLUTION: The crosslinked resin foam comprises 0-45 wt% of a polyethylene resin and 55-100 wt% of a polypropylene resin and has a gel fraction of 15-70% and an apparent density of 25-200 kg/m<SP>3</SP>, and a surface wetting index of at least one surface thereof is at least 40 mN/m.
