PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a heat-resistant flexible laminated sheet suppressing the wrinkles or foaming caused by the evaporation of the moisture contained in a heat-resistant adhesive film and having good appearance and high solder heat resistance. SOLUTION: In the manufacturing method of the heat-resistant flexible laminated sheet obtained by laminating the heat-resistant adhesive film and a metal foil 2, the moisture content of the heat-resistant adhesive film 3 is set to 0.7% or below before the heat-resistant adhesive film and the metal foil are laminated.
