PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve uniformity by preventing wrinkles of a tread rubber while securing productivity to a certain degree. SOLUTION: A tread rubber G comprises shoulder rubber parts Gs, Gs on a tread edge Te side, and a central rubber part Gc therebetween. A winding element 14 with a wide plate-like rubber material 13 wound around one periphery is used as the central rubber part Gc, and a strip winding element 12 with a narrow and long rubber strip 11 spirally overlaid and wound in a peripheral direction is used as the shoulder rubber part Gs.
