PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control method of an air conditioner in a double floor air-conditioning system capable of improving blowout temperature control by reducing intermittent operation by turning off a thermostat. SOLUTION: A value of a variationΔT1=T1(t(i+1))-T1(t(i)) between a suction temperature at the current measurement and a suction temperature T1(t(i)) at the previous measurement is calculated (step S106). PID control of a compressor operation frequency is executed based on the obtained values ofΔTs andΔT1 (step S107). Then, whether or not the compressor operation frequency reaches a capacity control lower limit value (minimum capacity) is determined (step S108). When it reaches the minimum capacity, whether the blowout temperature TO(t(i+1)) at that time is below a thermo-off temperature (Ts-α) or not is determined (step S109).
