PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic loudspeaker system, in which deterioration in the directivity of reproduced sound is suppressed and the sound with higher fidelity to original sound is reproduced, by reducing the intermodulation distortion components generated in the transducer itself. SOLUTION: The ultrasonic loudspeaker system includes a plurality of ultrasonic transducers 16-1 to 16-3; a plurality of modulation means 14-1 to 14-3 connected to the plurality of ultrasonic transducers, respectively; and a plurality of filters 13-1 to 13-3, which are connected between the plurality of respective modulation means and a signal source and filter signal waves outputted from the signal source 11, wherein each of the plurality of filters is an interdigital filter indicating interdigital pass characteristics in the audible frequency band and the passbands of the interdigital filters are set into complementary relation, respectively.
