PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a model generation editing device and a model generation editing program, achieving reduction of software development man-hours and reduction of development labor by inputting a structure of data or a means for classification in a form wherein a model form is not made to be conscious, and automatically converting input data thereof into a desired model form. SOLUTION: An input screen of a table type format for performing classification and organization of the data is provided to a monitor 15, and a user classifies and inputs the data required for realizing a system thereto (S1). When relation is present between pieces of the classified data, the number of the classification data having the relation is inputted (S2). It is decided whether the conversion into the model form is performed or not (S3), and it is ended when the conversion is not performed (a route of NO in S3). When the conversion is performed in step S3, the desired model form is inputted on the basis of the classification and the relation (S4), and each piece of the data is converted into the desired model form (S5).
