PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a projection device or the like capable of efficiently performing cooling without imposing any burden on a user even when it is fixed and installed on the ceiling or the like by using a suspension fitting. SOLUTION: The projection device is equipped with a projector device 10 incorporating a cooling fan (38) cooling the inside of a housing through vents (11a, 11b, 11c) formed on the housing of the device, and the suspension fitting supporting and fixing the device 10 in a suspended state and including a bracket 41 provided with external cooling fans 43, 43, 44, 44, 45, 45 whose ventilating directions are aligned with each other at opposed parts to the vents.
