PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid supply head, wherein the contact of a liquid with the air and the scattering of the liquid are prevented. SOLUTION: The liquid supply head is provided with a main body which is formed into a gutter-like shape, wherein both ends are closed, and has a liquid injection port for the liquid on one side surface and a supply port for the liquid on another side surface, a slope plate provided successively to the supply port of the main body to allow the liquid to flow down on a slope surface and a flow straightening plate arranged along the longitudinal direction of the main body in the main body to separate the injection port from the supply port. The liquid injected from the injection port of the main body flows along the longitudinal direction of the main body and is diverted from one of the upper side and the lower side to guide to the supply port.
