PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method of a polyurethane based resin curing coat which has a high hardness, also a good transparency and smoothness and also an excellent film forming property. SOLUTION: The curing coat is produced by coating a water polyurethane based resin composition containing a water polyurethane resin and a compound with a polymeric group on a body to be coated, wherein a crosslinking agent is added into the water polyurethane based resin composition to polymerize the compound with the polymeric group so that the water polyurethane based resin composition is cured.
