PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an agitation apparatus with enhanced agitation efficiency by securing a flow-out passage with suppressed affect of agitation flow by a simple internal structure. SOLUTION: The liquid level in a tank is kept constant by keeping a flow-out amount corresponding to a flow-in amount by setting the height of a flow-out port, and mixing of liquid in the tank is promoted by impairing circular movement of liquid by an agitator by a flow passage plate, to resolve the problem.
