PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the necessity of a transmission and propeller shaft, enable running from low speed to high speed, and simplify a circuit constitution. SOLUTION: A controller 31 calculates target inclination amount of hydraulic motors 10, 20 by referring vehicle body running speed (vehicle speed) determined from a detection signal of a rotation detector 20c to control properties, and controls inclination amount control means 10b, 20b of the hydraulic motors 10, 20 and a clutch 15. At that time, by using set speed as a boundary, the controller 31 switches low-speed four-wheel drive for driving both running devices 12, 22 and high-speed two-wheel drive for driving only the rear wheel side running device 22 while making the capacity of the front wheel side hydraulic motor 10 become zero.
