<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nano water production method, and the usage and use field of nano water for using nano water as an item for promoting the enlightenment of preventive medical care. <P>SOLUTION: The nano water production method, usage, and use field are shown. While seeing the nano water with eyes or touching it with the tip of a finger, thrust pressures of a thumb of the other hand and one of the other fingers are measured, or the strength of an O-ring test is measured.
