<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile communication network utilizing system, an information processing apparatus and an information communication terminal system capable of providing a service according to an area wherein a mobile unit connected to an information processing apparatus and requesting the service is located. <P>SOLUTION: The mobile communication network utilizing system includes the information processing apparatus (personal computer) 1, the mobile unit 2, and a server 6. The information processing apparatus 1 acquires area association information used for discrimination of an area wherein the mobile unit 2 is resident and transmits a request attached with the area association information. The mobile unit 2 receives the request transmitted from the information processing apparatus 1 and transmits the received request to the mobile communication network. The server 6 receives the request transmitted from the mobile unit 2 and relayed via the mobile communication network, and controls a mode of the service provision requested by the request in response to the area wherein the mobile unit 2 is resident. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
