<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a failure history management device, capable of instantaneously fetching back data for performing environmental improvement or the like by the incentive of failure of a device constituting a facility. <P>SOLUTION: A radio frequency identification (RFID) tag 11 is stuck to each device constituting the facility, and it records device recognition information for recognizing the device. A management computer 12 manages failure history data of devices constituting the facility.
