<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply system with the enhanced reliability of power supply. <P>SOLUTION: The power supply system is for supplying power to multiple loads. The system includes multiple fuel cells that are provided corresponding to the multiple loads and generate and supply power to be supplied to the corresponding loads; a power network that is connected with the multiple fuel cells, receives surplus power, other than power to be supplied to corresponding loads of powers, generated by the individual fuel cells, and supplies it to loads that are in shortage of power; and a control unit, that when the electrical energy to be supplied to each load is smaller than a predetermined first threshold, stops the power generation of the fuel cell corresponding to the load, and causes another fuel cell to generate power to be supplied to the load as surplus power. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
