<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an drive supporting device for informing of dangerous position, based on the information of accident happening to a driver in charge in the past with same driving tendency as the driver by classifying the accident regarding driving tendencies by analyzing the driver's character (driving tendency) appears at the driving time independent of driving technique. <P>SOLUTION: The drive supporting device is composed of: a memory part previously containing an accident table made to correspond to the driving type obtained by analyzing the driving tendency of the driver in charge and positional information of accident happened to occur at the position; a position detection part for detecting present position of the vehicle; an identifying part for identifying the driver of the vehicle; the analyzing part for analyzing the driving type of the driver by analyzing the driving tendency of the driver identified by the identification part; and a drive supporting part for informing of the accident occurrence position corresponding to the driving type by specifying the accident occurrence position while referring to the accident table corresponding to the driving type determined by the analysis part, when the specified accident occurrence spot is within a specified distance to the present position detected by the position detection part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
