ANTI-RETROVIRAL IMMUNOGENS, PREPARATION AND USE THEREOF

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide new carboxymethylated toxoids for being used for anti-retroviral treatments, and to provide a new method for simply and effectively producing the toxoids.

SOLUTION: Retroviral regulatory proteins or fragments thereof, or interferon alpha protein or fragments thereof, which are carboxymethylated are provided. Tat or Nef protein originated from a virus selected from the group consisting of HIV-1 or HIV-2, or a protein originated from Tat or Nef or fragments thereof are also provided.
