摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To send an engineer to a set facility without delay of time, and appropriately acquire the work. <P>SOLUTION: A service support server 10 generates record of a work instruction file 32 including customer information, a work identification mark, and a work content, delivers it to one or more portable terminals 18, receives answers showing acceptance or rejection of the work from the portable terminals 18, and instructs a portable terminal selected based on the answers to execute the work. The service support server 10 generates record of a work state file 36 including the work identification mark, a portable terminal identification mark, and execution dates of work steps.
