<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to position in high accuracy a masking tape that is stuck on a long photosensitive web and a substrate by a simple process and constitution. <P>SOLUTION: The manufacturing apparatus 20 is equipped with a web feeding mechanism 32 that feeds the photosensitive web 22, a stripping mechanism 34 that strips a protective film 30 from the photosensitive web 22, a masking tape sticking mechanism 38 that sticks the masking tape 36 on the surface of the photosensitive web 22, a substrate conveying mechanism 40 that conveys a glass substrate 24, and a bonding mechanism 42 that bonds the photosensitive web 22 so as for the masking tape 36 to be arranged between the glass substrates 24. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
