EXERCISE INSTRUCTION SYSTEM AND ITS MANAGEMENT DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user to exercise at home using an optimum exercise scenario at all times according to his/her profile, physical condition, and the object of the exercise.

SOLUTION: Personal data and the object of the exercise of the user are sent from a user terminal UT1 to a management device CS. The data are analyzed by the management device CS and based on the results of the analysis, an optimum exercise scenario for the user is made. The exercise scenario thus made is sent to the user terminal UT1 and presented to the user. During the period of time when the user is exercising according to the sent exercise scenario, biological data of the user which changes by the minute is obtained from a sensor unit SU1 and is sent from the user terminal UT1 to the management device CS. The exercise scenario is corrected based on the biological data in the management device CS. The corrected exercise scenario is sent to the user terminal UT1 and the exercise scenario being presented to the user is changed to the corrected one.
