PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a call termination control apparatus and a call termination control method capable of identifying a caller and safely starting a call. SOLUTION: When a telephone number that matches with that of a caller terminal has been registered, a caller name corresponding to the telephone number is outputted by a voice, and processing for call connection to the caller terminal is executed if the telephone number has been registered as an object of automatic answering.
