PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new type of a cellular phone with an original design. SOLUTION: It has an arm 18, a head 19, a leg 20, and a hand 21 to a combination part 10 which combines a first cabinet 11 and a second cabinet 14. The profile of the figured (a man type, an animal type) is characterized in a cellular phone 1 with which an incoming lamp 15 is built in a partial equivalent to eye of the head.
