PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To output laser beams where both of suppression of stimulated brillouin scattering and route tracking of an optical signal are optimized. SOLUTION: An integrated semiconductor laser device has an integrated semiconductor laser element 1 where a DFB laser 2 generating the laser beams and a semiconductor optical amplifier 6 for amplifying output light from the DFB laser 2 are integrated. The laser device is provided with a dither signal source S1 which outputs a first dither signal corresponding to an optical spectral line width to first current to be poured into the DFB laser 2, a dither signal source S2 which outputs a second dither signal corresponding to optical intensity modulation degree to the second current poured into the semiconductor optical amplifier 6, and a dither control unit C1 for setting and controlling the first dither signal and the second dither signal.
