PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Web content display device and a method therefor allowing Web contents to be displayed switchingly without necessitating such operations as a click and a scroll by users on the Web contents being displayed. SOLUTION: The Web content display device comprises: a URL receiving section 101 for receiving URLs; a degree-of-detail-receiving section 102 for receiving the degree of detail that indicates how many subsequent pages are to be displayed; a Web content acquiring section 103 for acquiring a page of the received URL via the Internet and acquiring a page at a link destination of the page acquired based on the degree of detail; a display page selection section 104 for selecting a page to be displayed among a plurality of pages acquired; and a display control section 105 for switchingly displaying pages selected at the display page selection section 104.
