PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To take out an article while a package including a plurality of articles is suspended. SOLUTION: An approximately rectangular packaging bag 10 consists of a bottom face panel 12, a side face panel 14 and an upper face panel 16 which are joined with one another for storing inside a plurality of disposable diapers 20 for example in a row. The packaging bag 10 can be suspended with the bottom face panel 12 facing downward by a string- or belt-like handle 18 attached to both longitudinal ends of the bag, and an outlet 30 for the diapers is provided on the bottom face panel 12.
